The goal · The deadline · The ledger

Zero emissions by 2027.

Say goodbye to talking about it — let's get walking. 🚶 One date, one number, published work. Houses sealed, power from the sun, engines retired, nothing burned or buried that doesn't have to be.

Healthy people and a healthy planet — from 💙 for a true green 💚 future. Love is the one true universal language. No strings attached.

Four fronts, all at once

Emissions don't come from one place, so we don't fix one place. These run in parallel, street by street.

Every house we touch, sealed first

Air sealing, insulation, duct work, and windows before anything shiny gets installed. You cannot get to zero heating a hole in the wall — the cheapest kilowatt is the one nobody needed.

Sun first, wires second, fuel last

Rooftop and lot solar, batteries where the grid drops, heat pumps replacing furnaces and water heaters, induction replacing gas burners. Combustion appliances leave on a schedule, not a maybe. 🌞

Fleets and crews off fuel

Every vehicle and machine we run gets replaced on a written retirement date — electric trucks, vans, mowers, saws, and pressure washers. Shared fleet and tool library so nobody buys a second engine.

Nothing burned, nothing buried

Source-sorted materials, salvage over demolition, compost over hauling, buildings kept standing. Landfill methane and haul-truck diesel are emissions too, and they get counted here.

The walk, quarter by quarter

Dates we can be held to. Anything not done on time gets said out loud, not buried.

  1. 1

    Now — end of 2026

    Baseline out loud

Meter every building, vehicle, and machine we operate. Publish the starting numbers — kWh, therms, gallons, tons — before we claim a single reduction.

  2. 2

    Q1 2027

    Envelope and appliances done

Sealing and insulation complete on every household in the program. Heat pumps and induction in, gas appliances retired with combustion safety testing on each swap.

  3. 3

    Q2 2027

    Sun on the roofs

Solar and battery installs live on program buildings and lots. Solar lighting, sump backups, and irrigation on parks, paths, and gardens.

  4. 4

    Q3 2027

    Last engine retired

Fleet and equipment library fully electric. Route planning and shared scheduling so miles drop even further than fuel does.

  5. 5

    Q4 2027

    Zero, verified

Net zero operating emissions across everything we run, with a third-party review and the full ledger posted publicly — including whatever we missed.

How we hold the line

A goal without a date is a wish

2027 is the date. Every task above has a quarter, a named owner, and a cost. If something slips, we publish the slip and the new date instead of quietly moving the goalposts.

Measured, not estimated

Real meters and fuel logs. Any number on this page traces back to a reading somebody can check. Offsets don't count as work.

Families first, no cost to them

Households in the program pay nothing for sealing, appliances, or solar. No strings attached. Funds in, funds out — the savings stay in the house.

Walking, not talking

No summits, no pledges, no ribbon cuttings without work behind them. The measure is houses done, engines retired, and therms that stopped being burned.

Where the work happens

Green energy for families handles bills, sealing, and solar at the house. Vehicles, tools & crews retires the engines. Infrastructure & trades carries the sun into parks, plumbing, and streets. Emissions & recycling keeps material out of the pile, and gardens, not landfills is what the ground looks like when we're done. The whole deadline is part of the international green 💚 blue 💙 work.

Done talking. Let's get walking.
