- Partners still on paper keep their own process and are not wired in. No hard feelings, no public list, door open the day they are ready.
- The only exception stays the law itself: where a court or statute forces one physical copy, a licensed vendor serves it from the digital original.

The one place law still forces paper
Where a court or statute still forces a physical copy — personal service of a petition, a clerk who will not accept e-filing — a licensed print-and-serve vendor produces and serves that one copy from the digital original. DBATR buys, stores and hands out no paper of its own, and the digital record remains the source of truth.
