A small model on the school's own hardware that works through reading and math at each kid's pace. No login, no cloud, no wifi dependency. When a child is stuck at 9:40am, they get help at 9:40am instead of at a tutoring center their family can't pay for.
02 · For teachers
First-draft rubric scoring, comment drafts, IEP goal drafts and parent-update drafts. The teacher edits and signs — the machine never decides a grade or a placement. The point is the hours back, not the automation.
03 · For parents
Live two-way translation on calls, at conferences and in writing, in a hundred-plus languages. Plus one number that routes a family straight into housing, food, recovery, legal footing or a ride — the things that actually decide whether a kid shows up Monday.
04 · For counselors and nurses
Absence patterns, hunger signals and sudden changes surfaced to a named human, never to an automated consequence. Nobody gets disciplined by a model. A counselor gets a heads-up while there's still time to do something kind.
