Love is the one true universal language, so nothing about how you talk or where you're from keeps you out.
No language bar, ever
Apply in whatever language you think in. We bring the interpreter, translate the paperwork, and read it back to you out loud. Nobody is turned away for how they speak or write.
No heritage test
Where you were born, who your people are, what you believe, what passport you hold — none of it is an input. From all walks means all walks.
Dogs come too
No breed bans, no weight limits, no non-refundable pet fees. If you and your dog are a pair, you stay a pair. Training, food and vet help are free.
No income test, no credit check
No record disqualifies you. No pay stub required. The cost of a room is never the reason somebody sleeps outside.
House rules, all five of them
- Empty rooms are a failure while people are outside — every open door gets filled.
- Neighbors already here get asked first what they need, before anything changes around them.
- One household, one door, one key. Nobody is a guest in their own home.
- Quiet is kept, harm is not. Behavior is the only standard — for people and for dogs.
- Anyone can leave any time with no shame and a standing invitation to come back.
