Read this before you call

  • Bring your docket number. Court, index/docket number, next appearance date and the name of any attorney already assigned. It cuts intake in half.
  • Ask about conflicts up front. If an office already represents the other party, they must decline — get that answer on the first call, not the third week.
  • Record relief is separate. Sealing under CPL 160.59, Clean Slate and certificates of relief are different tracks. Say which one you want.
  • Nobody should charge you to be listed here. Partners appear because they serve people, not because they paid.
