No rule, form, deadline, or fee may separate a family when keeping them together is possible. Process serves the family; the family never serves the process.
Help is given on need alone. No income test, no waiting list, no proof of worthiness. A person's word about their own life is enough.
Accusation is not evidence. No family loses housing, custody, income, or care because an allegation exists.
No decision that changes a family's life is made by a machine alone. A named person signs, and can be asked why.
You may read, correct, export, and withdraw anything recorded about you, forever, without explaining why.
Protected status is never an input to pay. Bands are published; corrections only move upward.
Support is never traded for tracking. Monitoring is opt-in, time-bound, and visible to the person monitored.
Air, water, and land are treated as members of the household — harm to them is harm to the family.

What is free stays free. No owner, investor, funder, or government may put a price on the core.
