The legal track
The audit program
Eight audit documents, written to force the necessary changes instead of describing the problem again. The platform assistant assembles the record and reviews the work; the specialist legal partner drafts on the legal track; a human signs. Nothing is filed by a machine.
How the work is handed off
The work order lives in the case feed, so a direction stated once reaches the partner without anyone relaying a message or repeating themselves.
- Work order
- GET /api/public/legal/case-files?doc=audit-work-order
- Pull direction
- GET /api/public/legal/case-files (poll ?index=1, re-pull any doc whose character count changed)
- Return the drafts
- POST /api/public/publish/draft with space set to legal
- Verify integrity
- GET /api/public/legal/case-files?verify=<sha256> (&doc=<id> for one document)
The runtime grant is revocable at any moment from /command — no redeploy.
The audit materials, in order of work
Children first, then court and statutory deadlines, then everything else.
Delay audit
Who caused each delay, how many days it cost, and the running total of days of separation from the children behind every cause.
Rests on: Appearance dates, adjournment entries, and the calendar truth already on file.
The necessary change: Consolidated scheduling with the next date set on the record before anyone leaves the room.
Procedural audit — family case
Every appearance, order and adjournment in chronological order, with each statutory or due-process defect named and dated.
Rests on: Orders, minutes, transcripts and the core family-court record.
The necessary change: Correction of the defective steps and a written cure schedule.
Allegation audit
Each allegation, its source, what the record actually shows, and the contradiction — with a citation and no adjectives.
Rests on: Statements, messages, reports and dated exhibits only.
The necessary change: Findings corrected on the record where the record contradicts the claim.
Conditions audit
Ankle monitor, travel restriction, protection-order carve-outs and DMV status: what is in force, on whose authority, and whether the basis still exists.
Rests on: The conditions as ordered, plus current medical and compliance documentation.
The necessary change: Removal or modification of any condition whose basis no longer exists.
Records audit
What was requested, from whom, when, what came back, what is outstanding — and any record that should exist and does not.
Rests on: Sent requests and returned productions, dated.
The necessary change: Full production, or a written statement that the record does not exist.
Compliance audit
Everything ordered and everything done, with proof attached for each, so compliance is never argued from memory again.
Rests on: Orders, completion certificates, attendance and payment proof.
The necessary change: Compliance acknowledged in writing so it stops being re-litigated.
Financial audit
Imputed income against actual income, every support-calculation input, and the costs the current posture creates.
Rests on: Filed financial disclosures and actual earnings records.
The necessary change: Support recalculated on real income, corrected going forward.
Accountability audit
Every request made to every office, the response or the silence, and the escalation rung reached.
Rests on: Sent correspondence and delivery confirmations.
The necessary change: A named person answering with a date, at each office still silent.
Rules every audit document has to meet
- Chronological and dated, in language a twelve-year-old can follow.
- Verbatim in the legal space: docket-precise, no softening, no persuasion.
- Every finding cites the exhibit, order, transcript or message it rests on. A finding with no source is deleted, not hedged.
- Every audit ends with one concrete, enforceable "necessary change" — a mechanism, not a complaint.
- Never a demand for money, jobs, pensions or criminal referral. Acknowledgment plus a binding change mechanism.
- Docket numbers and captions stay inside the legal space; anything public is re-registered through the publish channel.
- Where the record has a hole, the line starts "Gap:" and names who can fill it. No guessing, no inference.
The gates that stay human
- Filings and sends: every audit is finished and waiting. Jake personally authorizes each document.
- Money: read, never moved. Payments are prepared for approval only.
- Authorship: no AI signature on anything. A human signs /s/ Jacob Thomas Raab.
