For survivors

Sexual abuse & predatory coercion — a door in.

The same way DBATR opens a door for people in addiction and trauma, this is the door for survivors of sexual abuse — including the kinds nobody likes to name out loud. Quiet. Private. Free. No forms you can't walk away from.

If you are in immediate danger

Call 911. National Sexual Assault Hotline: 1-800-656-HOPE (4673) — free, confidential, 24/7.

Who this is for

  • Anyone who has been pressured, isolated, or coerced into sexual contact they did not freely choose — including by someone who knew they had nowhere else to go.
  • People with disabilities, mental-health conditions, or attachment/abandonment trauma that a predator used as an opening.
  • Men, women, non-binary people. No template required.
  • People supporting a survivor who don't know where to start.

What we'll do with you

  • Match you with trauma-informed clinicians who actually take sexual-abuse survivors — not a waitlist black hole.
  • Connect you with legal advocates if you want them. Not pressured if you don't.
  • Quiet peer-to-peer support from people who have lived it. No public threads required.
  • Help you write things down — at your pace — only if and when you want a record.

You don't have to name a name. You don't have to file anything. You don't have to be "ready." You can start by reading. That counts.
