I am Jacob Raab, and I built DBATR because I believe love is the one true universal language. Tonight I wanted to step away from the screens, the documents, and the deadlines long enough to speak directly to the people and places that do not always get the spotlight they deserve.
This is not politics. This is not marketing. This is a personal thank-you and a standing invitation. If your country, your community, or your family has been overlooked, underestimated, or left to wait too long for help, I want you to know that you are seen now.
I am still learning your languages, your songs, your dances, and your histories. I will make mistakes along the way, and I hope you will correct me with the same kindness I am offering here. What I can promise is that DBATR is being built to reach you — not to extract from you, not to speak for you, but to stand beside you and help where help is wanted.

If you are willing to teach me a phrase, a song, or a custom from your country, I will treat it as a gift. I will not use it to sell anything. I will use it to make sure the next person who reaches DBATR feels at home.
I know I did not name every country. That is not because any are less important — it is because there are too many beautiful places to fit on one screen, and I would rather do this with humility than pretend I have it all mapped.
