The line is up. Now get moving.

One page so nothing has to be wondered about: exactly where the toll-free facility line stands, and the fastest route to a vehicle, equipment and a ride out the door.

1 (844) 360-0359 — free to call

Done and running

  • Toll-free line 1 (844) 360-0359 is live and answering — free to the caller.
  • Recorded-call disclosure, recording up to 10 minutes, transcription, triage category.
  • Every call files itself: a call record, an action item, and a text alert to Jake.
  • Published on /wrongfully-accused, /inside-access and the crisis bar.
  • Approval letters sent: Niagara County Jail, NYS DOCCS statewide, Erie County Holding Center, Securus, ViaPath/GTL.
  • Rollout is global, not local — every state DOC, every county jail, federal and international systems get the same request in waves (see /inside-access).

Waiting on somebody else

  • Provider replies (Securus, ViaPath/GTL) — they control whether toll-free rings from inside at all.
  • Per-facility approved-number forms, which arrive with those replies.
  • Twilio toll-free verification so texting to and from the line is reliable.
  • Hospitals and treatment centers: card + poster template goes out as direct addresses land.

Nothing here needs a nudge — replies land in the inbox and get filed and followed up automatically. Every call that comes in shows up at /command.

Updated equipment list

Getting in and out

Power running board (passenger side alone is fine), grab handle, swivel transfer cushion, hand controls.

Moving around

Rollator with seat and brakes, folding cane, transport chair for long days, knee scooter if weight-bearing is the problem.

House and bath

Shower chair, grab bars, raised seat, bed rail, non-slip mats.

On the road

Phone mount, battery bank, dash cam, jump pack, a plain go-bag with charger and documents.

Insurance / Medicaid DME

Most of the above is covered durable medical equipment with a prescription. DBATR writes the request and chases the approval.

Loan closets

Local independent-living centers and church closets hand out rollators, chairs and shower seats free, same week, no paperwork.

DBATR covers the gap

If it isn't covered and it's between you and getting out of the house, DBATR buys it. No income check.
