Dream Bigger

One man's fight, turned into everybody's toolkit.

Everything on this page started as something that happened to me, or to the people beside me. Instead of leaving it as a personal grievance, we're logging every failure, naming what it cost, and building the fix so the next person walks a shorter road. Not just my case. Every person, every family, every neighborhood — in every language we can reach.

The pattern, and the fix

These aren't complaints. Each one is a failure we lived, and the concrete thing that replaces it.

  1. 01 · What breaks

You call for help and get a waitlist instead of a bed.

What it costs: The window where someone is willing to go closes in hours, not weeks.

What we build: A live matching board of real openings — beds, counselors, detox, outpatient — searchable the same day, with no pay-to-rank placement. Best match for the person wins, always.

  2. 02 · What breaks

Attorneys get swapped without your request, permission, or explanation.

What it costs: Months of history vanish. You start over, and the clock keeps running against you.

What we build: A written coverage map anyone can demand: who represents you, since when, and what was handed off. Templates and letters, free, in plain language.

  3. 03 · What breaks

Records exist about you that you can't get copies of.

What it costs: You defend yourself against paperwork you've never been allowed to read.

What we build: Ready-to-send records requests for hospitals, treatment centers, courts and agencies — filled in, tracked, and followed up automatically.

  4. 04 · What breaks

Bail and fees are priced for people who already have money.

What it costs: Poverty becomes the sentence. Jobs, housing, and custody go first.

What we build: Plain-language motions for release on recognizance and fee waivers, plus a public record of what actually got granted and where.

  5. 05 · What breaks

Support orders get built on income you don't earn.

What it costs: Debt compounds against a number that was never real, forever.

What we build: Imputed-income challenge packets and documentation checklists, written so a person without a lawyer can still file correctly.

  6. 06 · What breaks

No car, no ride, no appointment.

What it costs: Missed treatment, missed court, missed visits with your kids — all logged as your failure.

What we build: A neighborhood ride and vehicle program: donated cars, shared shuttles, and rides to treatment, court, and work.

  7. 07 · What breaks

The people caring for someone in crisis get nothing at all.

What it costs: Caregivers burn out silently, then become the next person in crisis.

What we build: A caregiver track with its own support line, peer group, and language — because the person holding everyone up is also a person.

  8. 08 · What breaks

Help only exists in English, during business hours, downtown.

What it costs: Whole neighborhoods are treated as if they didn't ask.

What we build: Every tool here translated, mobile-first, free, and reachable 24/7 — plus block-level events so help shows up where people already are.

Where do you fit?

Different seat, different first step. Pick yours.

The person in it

You're the one using, healing, charged, or just exhausted.

  • Tell us what you need in your own words — no forms designed to trip you up.
  • Get matched to real openings, not a brochure.
  • Keep your own copy of every record and every request.

The one holding them up

Partner, parent, sibling, friend — you're the caregiver, and nobody built anything for you.

  • Say what you're carrying, out loud, to people who've carried it.
  • Learn what you can and can't do legally for someone else.
  • Get relief before you break — that's not selfish, it's the plan.

The family

Kids, custody, court dates, and a system that reads chaos as character.

  • Keep a clean, dated record of everything — we give you the format.
  • Challenge numbers and orders that were never accurate.
  • Protect the kids' routine first; the fight comes second.

The neighborhood

A block, a church, a shop, a school — the level where things actually change.

  • Host one gathering. Food, chairs, no suits, no pitch.
  • Map what your block already has and what it's missing.
  • Tell us the gap and we'll go get it filled, publicly.

Add your piece

If something in your life broke the same way, tell us. Every story added here becomes a fix someone else gets to use. That's the whole engine.
