One case, one calendar
Custody case timeline
Every open matter in one place, in date order: what is already filed, what is on the calendar, what is waiting on someone else, and the exact rungs from first letter to a full schedule with the children. Nothing here is a prediction. A date is only marked confirmed when a court put it in writing.

Path to a reunification schedule
Six rungs, each one scheduled rather than promised. A clinician recommends, a judge orders, a parent shows up — every single time.

- 2
Supervised video calls
Short, scheduled, same day and time each week so the kids can count on it.
Needs: A named supervisor or agency and a fixed slot.
How often: 30 minutes, once a week.
- 3
Therapeutic supervised visits
In person with a clinician present, in a neutral setting.
Needs: Clinician assigned; intake done for both sides.
How often: 1 hour, weekly, for 6 weeks minimum.
- 4
Community supervised visits
A park, a diner, a gym — normal places, with a monitor.

How often: 2–3 hours, weekly.
- 5
Unsupervised daytime access
Pick-up and drop-off at set times and a set place.
Needs: Written recommendation and a court order.
How often: Alternating weekends, days only.
- 6
Full schedule
Overnights, holidays, school and doctor participation, both parents copied on everything.
Needs: Order modified to a standing schedule.
How often: Ongoing, written into the order.
The rules this timeline follows
- Every step here is asked for in writing and answered in writing. Email only.
- The children set the pace. A rung is never skipped to make an adult feel better.
- A missed rung is not a failure — it is repeated until it is boring and safe.
- A clinician recommends, a judge orders, a parent shows up. No rung skips any of those three.
- No date is presented as certain until a court puts it in writing.
Tracks covered: Children · Criminal / traffic · Support & income · Oversight. All notice and correspondence is email only.
