Intake once, understood everywhere
One 60-second intake becomes a structured care profile — category, sub-specialty, modifiers, insurance, urgency, language, in-home need. You never repeat your story to get to the next door.
Care coordination with love and kindness
This part comes naturally, because I lived the other version: needing someone and finding nobody. No person should ever have to feel that.
So the system carries the weight instead of the person asking. We see you for who you've been and the choices you make, then connect your household to the right people and places — one intake, one path, real help. No strings attached.
Talk to a person — toll free
Free from any phone, including facility and payphone lines. Interpretation available — just say your language and stay on the line.
Available hours
Outside those hours you can still leave a message — it reaches the desk immediately.
Leave your details and what you need. We'll reach back out — no account, no cost.
A few short questions — they change based on your answers. No account is needed, and nothing is sent to us unless you ask for a follow-up at the end. This just points you at the right next step instead of making you guess.

Matching is scored on fit only: specialty overlap, insurance or self-pay reality, crisis capability, proximity, confirmed availability, verified credentials. Providers pay flat for tools — never for placement.
Providers keep a live availability state through the network interface. If a bed, chair, or appointment isn't open, it doesn't get shown as if it is.
Every match carries a call path and a person on our side. A toll-free line covers people with no data, no minutes, or a facility phone: (844) 360-0359.
Anonymous intake — no account required. Your matches live behind a private link only you hold. Nothing is sold, brokered, or handed to a lead buyer.
The same coordination layer works for dental, OB, chronic disease, disability support, recovery, assisted living, and in-home care — anywhere providers are willing to be honest about capacity.
The network interface is a working tool, not an ad slot: keep your specialties and capacity current, receive fit-matched referrals with the context already gathered, and hand people off without a fax loop. Flat access pricing. Ranking can never be bought — that rule is written into the matching code itself.
How help moves from request to handoff — and what to expect along the way.
Because I'm still here, and because I truly care — this stays free for the person asking for help, in every language, in every zip code we can reach. One household at a time, one caring handoff, shared with the world. 🌎🌍🌐
