The quiet line

Every call comes through me. Only the necessary ones reach you.

One number stays public. The assistant answers it, records it, transcribes it and sends you a one-line brief. Your phone only rings for a name you put on the list — your children, a court, your counsel, a doctor. Nothing gets lost, and nothing interrupts you that shouldn't.

Checking the line, the webhook and the real call log…

    End-to-end proof

Test the whole chain with one call.

This places one short call into the routing number and speaks a one-off code into it. Then it checks the real evidence: the line answered, the assistant took it, the recording saved, the transcription came back with that code in it, and a brief was written. Under a minute of phone time, no one else is called.

Need the codes for your exact phone? Carrier setup generates the activation and cancellation codes for your carrier.

    Rings your phone

    • Anything to do with my children
    • A court, clerk or judge's chambers
    • My own lawyer or counsel of record
    • A doctor, hospital or emergency responder
    • A named person on the trusted list

    Handled without ringing

    • Unknown numbers and first-time callers
    • Sales, marketing, robocalls and recorded pitches
    • Debt, warranty, insurance and 'final notice' calls
    • Press and partnership calls (answered, then summarised)
    • Anything that can be read instead of answered

    The screening rules

The phone is quiet by default

No number rings through until it is on the list with a name and a reason. Silence is the setting, not the exception.

    Nothing is lost

Every screened call is answered, recorded, transcribed and summarised. You read a one-line brief instead of taking the call.

    Emergencies break through

If the assistant hears a child-safety, medical or same-day court emergency, it calls you back immediately with the summary.

    Spam never reaches you twice

A number flagged as spam goes onto the blocklist and is dropped at the door from then on.

    You stay the decider

The assistant screens and prepares. It never speaks for you, never promises anything, and never signs anything.

Who is allowed to ring the phone

Admin only. Add a number with a name and a reason. Everything not on this list goes to the assistant.

Prefer a second number for personal calls? Say the word and I'll add a private line that never appears anywhere public — the public number keeps routing through this screen either way. See also the switchboard and call status.
