Health, Happiness & Healingwith Brotherly Love

Juneteenth marks violence by police against Black people. Honor that — and widen the lens. The target is any violence against any people, anywhere, everywhere.

Health and Happiness are human rights. 🌎

Caring for anyone in need across the globe with love

A real footing. An honest and fair chance to heal. And a real opportunity to make something better of and for themselves — something to be proud of.

People and families split by incarceration, wrongful conviction, addiction, foster care, hospitals, deportation and I.C.E. detention — every one of them counts here. Every person, every family, every country, every language.

Start now. 60 seconds or 365 days.

Whether this catches in a minute or takes a year, it starts today. The point isn't a perfect rollout. The point is that the message exists in the world and somebody besides me can read it, hear it, and pass it on.

Block parties on every block

Everywhere. For everybody. Instead of the broken systems we've been handed. Every day casual. Nobody in polyester Armani suits. Cotton, hippie clothes, or nothing — whatever you're comfortable in. The goal is people comfortable, happy, healthy, and healed — not medicated up and down six ways from Sunday and restarted every Monday.

I'm not here to do it for you

Everybody learns their own lesson. My job is being the link between people and what they actually need — not what they've been sold to want. I'll do it whether I'm under six feet of concrete, in a trap house, in a castle with a moat and laser sharks, or on a tropical island. I think everywhere should be a beautiful tropical island again. It probably started that way before it got messed up.

The order I care about

  1. Me, myself and I — first, so there's something left to give.
  2. My kids and the family that always mattered.
  3. Brothers in need — without putting them above self or family.

The tricky line is helping a brother in need without putting another person above you or your own. I work on it day and night.

No mirages. No voices.

Just gut, instincts, the people around me, and the life I've lived — what worked, what didn't, what I've seen, what I've done. I build off of that. 200 miles an hour for breakfast. Perfectly imperfect. Damn good at trying harder than most. Not stopping.

Mr. Wonderful

That's what I call God. Faith isn't a costume you put on for Sunday. It's the reason I stood up when I was scared, the reason I keep going when it looks stupid, and the reason I believe this can actually work.

Pass it on.

Share the link. Throw the block party. Wear the cotton. Be the change before you ask anybody else to.
